Whether smoked Wisper trout from the trout farm under the Lauksburg or Franz Keller's hearty bratwurst from the Falkenhof or vegetarian spinach dumplings with cheese from our natural stone vault, we pamper your palate with a selected menu.
Whether with friends, family or just spontaneously for a stopover: With us, farm life combines with enjoyment. Come by, enjoy the day, and celebrate with us outside on the farm or in the idyllic garden!
We source our meat from the region, based on good animal husbandry, feed from regional cultivation, and fair prices for the producers, from which they can live. This represents a commitment for us against factory farming and for the respect of animals as well as their species-appropriate breeding and care. We love our region and therefore stand for fair payment of our farmers and livestock keepers. This is not only good for our conscience, but for all who enjoy their lives here. Even our salads grow in the local fields and are harvested by the Krüger family by hand.
