Matthias Klotz exclusively cultivates his vineyards in the so-called "Seligmacher" sites, where he places great value on adapting the areas to the respective climatic conditions. Together with his father, he is active in the steep vineyards of Lorchhausen. The winery is part of the local initiative "Nacht des Seligmachers" or "Selige Drobbe," where several winemakers in Lorchhausen open their operations to visitors.
