• Dock 9 in Koblenz is suitable for passengers with limited mobility. Our ships are equipped for wheelchair access.
• Passengers are requested to arrive at the location approximately 15 minutes before the desired departure.
• Passengers who have not purchased their tickets at the Gilles Ticket House at the dock in Koblenz are asked to report to the Ticket Office on site.
• A reservation for day trips and round trips in advance is recommended to ensure that you secure a place. Spontaneous ticket purchases are possible depending on availability. A reservation is required for our event trips.
