Three holiday apartments under one roof
My holiday apartments are located in a very quiet residential area, an oasis of tranquility, relaxation, and peace.
Here you can forget your stressful everyday life and find peace. You are surrounded by untouched nature. Vineyards and forests are within walking distance.
With 45 m² each, the apartments 'Favorite Spot' and 'VIP Lounge' are equipped to a high standard and consist of a living room, bedroom, open kitchen, daylight bathroom, balcony, and a gallery that serves as sleeping accommodation for children and young adults. Here, 4 adults and two children can comfortably overnight. Thanks to the architecture, my apartments have a loft character and are flooded with sunlight. Long-term bookings are also possible. New from May 2023 is my 'Atelier', an overnight stay in the former art studio. An individual alternative to a hotel room. The 'Atelier' with 27 m² is designed for two people. You will find a small kitchen, shower, and daylight bathroom there.
All three apartments have separate entrances; you can access 'VIP Lounge' and 'Favorite Spot' via a modern glass staircase.
In my garden paradise, you will find cozy spots to linger, a courtyard in an Italian ambiance that will remind you of Tuscany.
Rauenthal is a picturesque wine and mountain village that overlooks Eltville, 5 km away, and belongs to the municipality of Eltville. You can reach Eltville by hiking through the vineyards. The viewpoint "Bubenhäuser Höhe," with its wine tasting stand and a view over the entire Rheingau, is also within walking distance. Furthermore, many excellent wineries and estates are directly located in the village. There are many opportunities for extensive hiking and walking in the vineyards or the nearby forest, all starting from Rauenthal.
On my property live my Dalmatian Goa and two cats, Nino and Angelo. My animals come from abroad and have a not-so-beautiful past. For this reason, it is difficult to have foreign animals on my property. This is why, unfortunately, you cannot bring your pets. I hope for your understanding.
My house is located in a very quiet residential area, so quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, even on the balconies, must be observed for the welfare of the neighborhood.
