Our cozy holiday apartment . . .

. . . is approximately 50 sqm in size. It consists of one bedroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a second toilet with an additional wash basin. A special feature is the attached balcony with a roof and awning which faces south and provides a beautiful view of the house's flower garden.
No train noise.

Our house is centrally located yet very quiet (No train noise). You can reach the pedestrian zone in the city center and the train station within about 3 minutes on foot. In just 5 minutes, you can reach the 3 km long Rhine promenade with the boat docks and ferry, and in 2 minutes, you will find the nearest shopping opportunity.

Private parking directly at the house.
Free pick-up from the train station and free bicycles.
